What are your hours of operation?

theartist.me is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week and you can browse, or place orders for your artwork at any time.

Looking for the personal touch? Our friendly and helpful customer support team are also on hand to help answer your questions on anything from placing an order to personalization and always aim to get back to you within 24 hours. You can reach us through our contact page.

I want to send my order as a gift? Can I do this?

(This service is not activated yet) Our prints and artworks make wonderful gifts, and we are happy to be able to help make your experience buying for someone else as easy as possible.

I haven’t receive an order confirmation

If you have still not received an order confirmation, don’t worry, Get in touch via email with your order details, email address and phone number so we can make sure the order has been processed and get the confirmation out to you. Please let us know before placing a new order to avoid duplicate purchases being made.

How is my order packed?

There is no physical item available on our website, hence there will no shipping. Since these files are an INSTANT DOWNLOAD, they will be available right away once payment is done.

Can I shop at theartist.me from anywhere in the world?

We are delighted that people from all over the world are looking at our beautiful artworks and yes, anyone can buy from our site. Yes, you can buy our printable art works from anywhere in the world

Wil my invoice be included in the shipping package?

We send all invoices out to you by email, so you should receive it separately and can have it to hand when discussing any of your orders with us by email or phone.

Wil my invoice be included in the shipping package?

Yes. All our artworks, graphics, and photographs are copyrighted and redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without express written permission. You may use our artworks for personal use only, otherwise, it will be considered as copyright infringement

Where can I see confirmation of my order?

Our products are fullfilled instantly. This means that you will receive the artworks with the download link sooner you complete the payment. You will also received an email with order confirmation with download information

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you’re unhappy with your order just email us via the contact page. We will initiate the refund immediately

Can I add extra products to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order, but if you can make an another oder.

I am having trouble checking out. What should I do?

If you are experiencing difficulties placing an order via our website, you can make a purchase via Whatsapp. Simply message us on 6235-253-000 with your details and the product(s) you want to buy and leave the rest to us. If you’re receiving error messages at checkout, take note of what is being displayed and email us to see what we can do.

Can I make changes to my shopping cart?

Your shopping cart will contain all the prints that you’ve chosen so far – all in one place ready for when you’ve finished browsing. You can make changes to your cart at any time before placing your order, and items can be easily added or removed (meaning there’s always time to get a second print for your best friend and make sure you get that awesome framed print you’ve always wanted!)

To remove an item, simply click on the “x” next to the quantity button, then you can return to shopping to find something else you really love.
